Always aiming to provide comprehensive service to clients and partners, AGM has developed in its process continuous in-line extrusion printing, which enables small-scale markings directly on the plastic film during production. This feature is commonly used for batch markings (with barcodes), dates, and specific brands that can be employed both for traceability controls and product branding.
This procedure is carried out through Inkjet technology, which consists of ink jets with instant drying sprayed onto the plastic film while still in the extrusion process. The ultra-fast drying ensures complete ink adhesion without any defects in the codes. Another important aspect of this technology is that it does not cause any contamination or pollution to the environment.
